Hi there! I’m Emily Green, Founder of CommCEPT.

My passion lies in coaching leaders and teams to master communication and build the kind of dynamics that drive high performance.

I blend my education in Psychology (BSc & MSc) and Human Resources Management (CIPD Level 5) with over a decade of experience in Jersey’s financial services industry to help businesses unlock their team’s full potential.

As a mum of two I am continuing to hone the art of negotiation, creative problem-solving and patience – Lena and Darcy know just how to keep me well practiced in those areas!

I’m not just about business success, I also thrive on coaching in the world of sport, where I lead as Head Coach of a local high-performance club. The same principles apply, clear communication, trust and a shared vision are the foundation of any great team.
